The Studentenwerk's department for accommodation affairs runs 20 halls of residence offering more than 2,100 rooms in Karlsruhe and Pforzheim. In Karlsruhe we additionally provide a service for private accommodation. Our halls of residence are usually fully booked, especially at the beginning of the semester and the waiting lists are long. We therefore strongly recommend that you apply for a room as early as possible. Applications can be submitted up to six months before you would like to move in. Our service for private accommodation is run at no charge for landlords and tenants. Landlords may notify us of their offers via telephone (0721 6909192). Private room offers for students are available at the Studentenhaus, Adenauerring 7, Karlsruhe, right wing, ground floor - or via internet. |
